Job Title: Global Sourcing Specialist (IT Procurement)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to support our clients' enterprise IT procurement initiatives for a leading organization. This individual will play a key role in sourcing hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions while managing supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate is able to hit the ground running, navigate complex negotiations, and confidently partner with senior stakeholders to support business objectives.

Location: New York, NY

Type: 6-month contract with strong potential for contract-to-hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week

Compensation: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour

Day-to-Day & Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing activities for IT goods and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Conduct cost analyses, review pricing proposals, and evaluate financial data to ensure competitive and reasonable pricing
  • Analyze and review vendor agreements to ensure alignment with business and sourcing objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand requirements and deliver sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and continuity of supply
  • Support contract administration and ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement standards
  • Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies to address capacity, scalability, and supply chain risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support IT initiatives and drive operational efficiency
