What you will do::
- Track and audit Customer Incentive Agreements
- Obtain appropriate approvals for new incentive programs.
- Prepare new customer incentive forms.
- Reconcile customer incentive data monthly.
- Research questions from sales teams and respond to customer incentive questions.
- Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports as requested by FP & A Manager.
What you will bring::
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter, capable of independent work
- Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to grasp light reporting tools like Tableau
- Quick learner, adept at adapting to changing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
