You will work closely with business stakeholders and executive leadership to design scalable, customer-centric solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Customer Insights, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 12 years of overall IT experience.
  • 7 years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in D365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferences

  • Experience with Power Platform & AI, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience in integration patterns with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
