The Specialist, Learning & Development – Training Operations is responsible for coordinating and executing the administrative, logistical, and operational processes that support YUSA’s training and learning delivery system. This role ensures accurate scheduling support, registration processing, refunds, reimbursements, and event related administration in partnership with Learning Centers and internal YUSA teams. The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining reliable back office operations, supporting trainer and faculty coordination, and ensuring training activities are implemented consistently and efficiently. Operating within established processes and governance, this role helps enable high quality learning experiences across the YMCA network.
