Specialist Marketing

The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the success of the Schlotzsky's brand through disciplined brand asset management and optimization, go-to-market coordination, brand infrastructure management, and customer journey oversight. This role is responsible for managing creative requests, translating feedback into actionable workflow updates, coordinating national and market test packout kit logistics, maintaining campaign tools and store-level details, and helping ensure brand touchpoints are accurate, consistent, and intentionally connected across in-store, digital, CRM, media, and franchisee-facing channels.

The Brand Marketing Specialist must be an organized, detail-oriented, and planful individual who can manage timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and cross-functional inputs to support seamless execution for customers, franchisees, and internal partners. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, this role works closely with brand, creative, media, operations, and technology partners to support day-to-day brand marketing operations, market tests, national campaigns, and ongoing customer journey optimizations.

This position is based in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA with work from home Fridays.
