The Media Operations Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for translating media plans into executable trafficking sheets for agency partners and ensuring accurate campaign setup. This role plays a critical function in testing and validating campaign execution, ensuring all creative assets, tracking pixels, and platform configurations are implemented correctly.ResponsibilitiesTrafficking & Execution Support (25%)Develop and manage detailed trafficking sheets to guide agency execution of media plans.Ensure all campaign components (creative assets, URLs, tracking tags) are correctly assigned and formatted for seamless launch.Work closely with agency partners to confirm trafficking details and troubleshoot setup issues.Platform Setup & Quality Assurance (25%)Validate campaign setup across media platforms, ensuring proper targeting, tracking, and creative implementation.Conduct pre-launch testing to confirm that all pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution mechanisms are working as intended.Maintain a deep understanding of platform-specific nuances, including tagging structures, ad specifications, and compliance requirements.Monitor initial campaign launches for accuracy, flagging any discrepancies for resolution.Process Management & Documentation (25%)Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trafficking, setup, and troubleshooting.Develop process checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency across campaigns.Provide ongoing recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and reduce setup errors.Cross-Functional Collaboration (25%)Partner with the media planning team to ensure smooth execution of campaign strategies.Work closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and measurement.Collaborate with creative teams to confirm asset specifications and deployment timelines.Experience & QualificationsPreferred: Bachelor's Degree.Experience: 3+ years in a media operations role.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProficiency with major media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, CM360, etc.).Experience with tagging and tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight tags, UTM parameters, etc.).Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot and validate campaign data accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and partner coordination.Process-oriented – ability to follow structured workflows and create efficiencies.Technical expertise – deep understanding of media platforms, tagging structures, and tracking methodologies.Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in trafficking, setup, and execution.Problem-solving – diagnoses and resolves technical issues related to campaign setup.Collaboration – works effectively across teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Project management – manages multiple campaigns and trafficking deliverables simultaneously.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel by car and/or airplane when necessary.Physical RequirementsN/ACompensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.ACS provides staff a generous paid time off policy; medical, dental, retirement benefits, wellness programs, and professional development programs.
