Join The Green Team at our Christchurch Asphalt Plant and take your career to the next level. Were on the lookout for a full-time Plant Operator to be part of a tight-knit crew that produces up to 1250 tonnes of asphalt daily using cutting-edge technology. This is a full-time permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours. Hours of work can vary to meet the needs of the business with early morning starts.
What Youll Bring to the Role
• Prior plant operating experience is highly sought after • Other relevant plant operating experience will be considered • Prior mechanical experience advantageous (e.g. heavy diesel mechanic) • Plant maintenance • Class 1 full licence essential - WTR and Class 2 is beneficial • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer skills required • Strong track record of commitment to health and safety
