Role description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO Technical Project Manager with strong customerfacing communication ScrumAgile expertise marketing understanding and experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem This role will coordinate crossfunctional Marketing Development SRE Content and Operations teams while ensuring strong delivery governance and stakeholder alignment
Key Responsibilities
Manage endtoend PMO and project activities including planning execution milestones dependencies risks issues and status reporting
Serve as a key customerfacing PM building strong relationships with business marketing engineering and leadership stakeholders
Lead ScrumAgile practices including sprint planning backlog reviews standups retrospectives capacity planning and delivery tracking
Coordinate across Development SRE Marketing Content and Operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Understand digital marketing priorities campaigns content workflows website initiatives product launches and business requirements
Create professional business presentations executive summaries dashboards weeklymonthly reports KPIs and leadership updates
Track project scope schedules resources risks financials SLAs and delivery commitments
Manage resource onboarding capacity utilization rampuprampdown planning and project readiness
Support SOW creation change requests project estimation forecasting financial tracking optimization and margin improvement
Coordinate with Project Managers and Delivery Managers to consolidate project health metrics risks resource status and other leadership reporting
Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to automate repetitive PMO and operational activities
Leverage AI Microsoft Copilot Power Platform Power BI and automation to improve reporting action tracking project insights and operational efficiency
Required Skills
7 years of experience in PMO Project Management Technical Program Management or Scrum Master roles
Excellent customer handling communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong expertise in Scrum Agile sprint management capacity planning and release management
Experience managing Development SRE Cloud Web or Digital Marketing projects
Good understanding of digital marketing content operations websites campaigns and marketing technology
Experience working with Microsoft projects customers or Microsoft technologies
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Microsoft Teams SharePoint Power BI Power Platform and Microsoft 365
Experience with project financials SOWs forecasting resource management optimization and delivery governance
Knowledge of AICopilot and automation with the ability to identify and implement practical automation opportunities
Preferred Certifications
PMP CSM SAFe or equivalent AgileProject Management certification
Skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
