Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data Technologies and a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving data-driven transformation initiatives, AI adoption, and strategic business outcomes.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience working with large-scale data platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Lead requirement discovery workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define business KPIs, success metrics, and data governance requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Perform impact analysis and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive AI and analytics initiatives by identifying business use cases and value realization opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI adoption strategies, responsible AI practices, and operational processes.

Data Technology Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Data Warehousing concepts
• Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures
• ETL/ELT frameworks
• Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational)
• Data Governance and Data Quality
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Big Data technologies and cloud-native data platforms
• Experience with:
• SQL and advanced data analysis
• Databricks
• Snowflake
• Azure Data Platform / AWS Data Services / GCP
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Data lineage and metadata management tools

AI & Generative AI Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Machine Learning lifecycle and concepts
• NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
• AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management
• Experience identifying and documenting AI use cases involving:
• Intelligent Automation
• Conversational AI
• Knowledge Management
• Predictive Analytics
• Recommendation Systems
• Document Intelligence
• AI-powered Business Process Optimization

Other details

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Benefits

Compensation range: $ 92432 to 136,600.00 per year
