What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior financial services experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retirement experience is preferred.
  • Passion for service with strong interpersonal skills and the desire to help people.
  • Desire to complement and contribute to a strong culture.
  • Ability and desire to become a subject matter expert on our retirement product offering for the firm including learning about IRS rules and regulations and how they can impact our clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client and advisor requests and resolve according to set procedures.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid (processing and hotlines) environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
  • Well-developed organizational, time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Experience working in fast paced service centric environment.
  • Desire to pursue industry licensing such as the Series 7/63

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
