Specialist, Sales Rep Licensing

QPharma is currently looking for a Specialist, Sales Rep Licensing due to client growth and department expansion. We require an additional full-time resource for our Cedar Knolls, NJ location to support the day-to-day administrative tasks in this junior level opportunity.

Specific Duties to be Performed/Job Description:

• Monitoring rep licensing email inbox including escalating to Compliance as needed
• Proactive retrieval of rep licensing information from state website
• Maintain rep licensing information in the TiLR system current
• Send email notifications to sales reps based on TiLR schedule and monitor responses
• Escalate to client as needed

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and possess very good communication and inter-personal skills, be organized, have strong attention to detail, and possess a willingness to learn regulatory requirements and apply them. Prior experience a plus, but we will consider someone who has parallel skills accompanied with a strong desire to learn a new industry. BA or BS in a regulatory, science, or related field preferred, however, in lieu of a BA/BS degree, applicable work experience is acceptable.
