What will you be doing?
- Manage online product: Support site catalog to ensure item availability, product photography and copywriting
- Provide site recommendations: Give suggestions related to site improvements, including features, functionality, capabilities and consumer experience enhancements
- Monitor inventory: Assure the availability of inventory related to featured product stories and promotional activities
- Drive revenue: Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to ensure product gross margin targets are identified and achieved
- Focus on consumer experience: Utilize website personalization, targeting and A/B testing tools to enable compelling, tailored online and eCommerce experiences
- Collaborate with brand partners: Partner cross-functionally in order to maintain harmonious business development and alignment with consumer services, digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and leadership teams

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in merchandise planning, marketing planning or related field
- Passionate about understanding and driving consumer behavior
- Highly detailed, analytical & process-oriented required
