Education

Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience developing semantic HTML5.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with modern responsive CSS and SASS.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience using ARIA landmarks, roles, and accessibility attributes.
- Strong understanding of color contrast accessibility requirements.
- Experience implementing keyboard navigation and focus management.
- Hands-on experience testing accessibility using screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience using accessibility auditing tools such as axe DevTools and WAVE.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience integrating front-end user interfaces into Angular or ASP.NET MVC applications.
- Strong understanding of modern web standards and front-end development best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with UX Architects and accessibility specialists to establish and implement scalable accessibility standards across multiple enterprise web initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing clean, semantic, and maintainable HTML and CSS/SASS solutions aligned with modern web standards and accessibility best practices.
- Integrating front-end user interfaces into Angular and ASP.NET MVC applications while maintaining strong coding standards.
- Ensuring digital experiences meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance through effective use of ARIA attributes, keyboard accessibility, focus management, color contrast standards, and screen reader compatibility.
