Our Specialized Travel Consultants work in a high-touch service environment to book travel and accommodation for some of our top clients at Amex GBT. Working from the comfort of your own home, you’ll collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions and an outstanding travel service experience. Overview:
This is a support position that will handle support duties and back up for various cross functional roles within a dedicated customer.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Corporate Jet Management. Sending invites, working from excel sheet to track accepts/declines and then changing existing bookings when/if Jet is confirmed.
+ Hotel desk support, direct billing, meeting space and corporate apartments.
+ Some customer service research, and resolution efforts.
+ Provide proactive travel recommendations aligned with client policies and preferences
+ Scheduling and roster management.
+ Maintain accurate records, ensure policy compliance, and protect confidential traveler information
+ Build strong relationships with clients, and cross functional roles within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ 7+ year’s customer service experience, including 5+ years as a travel counselor
+ Strong Sabre GDS expertise
+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-resolution skills
+ Solid knowledge of global travel, fares, and routing
+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and adapt to change
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. We have specific colleagues dedicated to the night shift, however, please be flexible and prepared to work afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends.

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$46,200.00 - $85,800.00
The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
