What You’ll Be Doing - Oversee daily Orthodontics and Oral Surgery operations across specialty locations
- Optimize provider schedules, staffing, facility utilization, and patient flow
- Implement consistent workflows, processes, and operational standards
- Supervise, coach, and develop Treatment Coordinators and specialty support teams
- Partner with leadership to achieve production, collection, revenue, and profitability goals
- Monitor key performance metrics, including treatment acceptance, referrals, collections, claim denials, and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, and claim resolution
- Support Oral Surgery coding, documentation, and billing workflows
- Drive referral conversion, patient retention, case starts, and patient satisfaction
- Maintain facility readiness for inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure licenses, permits, certifications, credentialing, and compliance records remain current
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans
- Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Clinical Leadership, and Operations on specialty initiatives
