    • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
      • Assists management with daily operations. Provides leadership and technical support to staff. Facilitates the implementation of process improvement. Provides input to management for modifications to policies and/or procedures. Reports significant problems, events and occurrences in a timely manner.
    • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
      • The Regional Business Office is responsible for the accurate and timely follow-up on claims for services provided at all lines of business in all service locations.
    • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
      • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
      • Three (3) years experience in Patient Financial Services required.
      • Two (2) years experience in a healthcare leadership position required.
      • Experience or training with data analysis and process improvement required.
