Specialty Department Operator I, II, III - COPY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions, gathering materials and tools, inspecting products for quality, completing production paperwork, and reporting equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors. Employees are also expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist in other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and works well with others. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
