About the Role:

Boozie Smoothies in Atlanta, GA is looking for an experienced and motivated Food Service Manager to lead our FOH/BOH operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff to maintain optimal performance
• Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Manage food preparation, presentation, and service standards
• Track food costs, control waste, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any food service-related concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Must be ServSafe Certified
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree preferred
