    Summary
    Under the direction of the pharmacy supervisor, the Front-end Lead Tech will coordinate and
    help manage Front-end Pharmacy-related activities and Front-end Pharmacy staff in order to
    achieve continuous and optimal patient care. The HealthDyne Specialty Lead Front-end Tech will assist in the
    training and development of all front-end staff. The Front-end Lead Tech will be assist in
    resolving all front-end exceptions commonly referred to the pharmacy supervisor for resolution.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assists with carrying out pharmacy supervisor responsibilities in their absence
    • Assist with all roles and functions of the front-end team
    • Acts as a liaison between HealthDyne Specialty Pharmacy and the provider's office
    • Communicates patient status to provider's office/clinics
    • Responsible for explaining company programs and services to patients and provider's office
    • staff
    • Assist with training and development of new and existing front-end personnel
    • Appropriately open and distribute pharmacy mail
    • Effectively monitor and manage email inboxes
    • Manages scanning of prescriptions for the pharmacy
    • Assist pharmacy staff members with claims processing
    • Investigate and service any shipping related concerns
    • Effectively evaluate and resolve patient complaints
    • Exemplifies strong work ethic and high productivity
    • Maintains patient confidentiality
    • Assist with other assigned tasks
    Education and Experience
    • Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician, (Colorado) in good standing required
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Registered with the State of Florida (Florida techs only) in good standing required,
    • certification preferred
    • One year minimum of pharmacy experience
