This position is fully onsite at the project in Boise, ID.QualificationsRequired5+ years of specialty or process piping construction experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other high-purity environments, including UHP gas, UPW, chemical distribution, and process utility systems.High school diploma or GED required.Able to work fully onsite in Boise, ID, ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment, access all areas and levels of an active construction site, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, and work in the United States without sponsorship.PreferredExtensive experience with specialty piping installations on large semiconductor fab or hi-tech manufacturing projects.Semiconductor fab experience at program scale, including sub-fab, fab-level, and tool hookup work.Experience supervising multiple specialty piping subcontractors and craft employees on fast-tracked scope across multiple fab buildings and support facilities.Working knowledge of 316L EP stainless, double-contained, and high-purity plastic (PVDF, PFA, PP) piping systems, orbital welding and fusion joining methods, gas cabinets, VMBs/VMPs, and point-of-use connections.Familiarity with codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, ASME BPE, SEMI (S2, F-series), NFPA 318, IFC, and IMC requirements for hazardous production materials (HPM).Experience with high-purity testing and certification, including helium leak, particle, moisture, oxygen, and purity testing, as well as weld inspection, borescope, and coupon programs.Experience working in and around active cleanroom environments, including gowning, cleanroom protocols, and contamination control.Education background in materials and methods of specialty piping and process systems construction.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and field practices.Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a strong understanding of working within a computer network.Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.Training in design and construction document reading, design specifications, survey theory and techniques.Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method. Familiar with Construction Specifications Institutes (CSI) MasterFormat.Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.Ability to work closely with variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential.Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.Work schedule must be flexible to allow extended hours or off-shift work to accommodate changing construction schedule and sequences.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, specialty piping subcontractors, tool install teams, and other discipline subcontractors.Supervise multiple specialty piping subcontractors and craft employees, including welders, fitters, and fusion technicians.Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.Manage RFIs (requests for information) and submittal materials for review with the client and architect.Manage and abide by all safety protocols, and provide a safe work environment for the project team.Oversee UHP gas, UPW, chemical, PCW, vacuum, and exhaust installations, including cleanroom fabrication, clean build practices, and material storage and handling.Verify specialty piping installations through pressure and helium leak testing, purge, particle, moisture, and purity certification, and weld inspection, maintaining complete weld logs, weld maps, and QA/QC records.Provide resolution to design and constructability issues.Respond to client requests and issues and develop resolutions to problems using technical expertise.Interpret and implement proper installations in compliance with all local authority permitting codes and site specifications.Provide supporting information regarding field conditions and scope for cost estimates.Facilitate contractor activity, ensuring performance by all contractual agreements.Assist with managing project staffing.Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Support tool hookup, system startup, and commissioning activities for specialty piping scopes, including readiness reviews, lockout/tagout, hazardous material introduction, and turnover documentation.Provide status, risk, and mitigation updates to CBC leadership and the client.Pay and Benefits$175,000-$210,000Fully covered Employee+Fam BCBS PPO health insuranceFully covered Employee+Fam Dental & Vision Insurance2 weeks PTO
