Kforce has a client that is seeking a Specialty Recruiter in Columbus, OH.

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top talent across a variety of positions. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity and pipeline status
