We're looking for a dependable professional with a customer service or sales background who wants to build new skills, increase earning potential, and grow into something more.

You do not need prior experience with batteries, automotive keys, or device repair. Bring a strong customer service or sales foundation and a desire to learn, and we'll provide the training.

Pay & Earning Potential

• Base Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
• Weekend Premium: +$5.00 per hour for weekend hours worked
• Expected Total Earnings: $19.50-$23.50 per hour including performance incentives
• Uncapped Commission: Strong performers can earn above the expected range
• 90-Day Training Guarantee: Base-level commissions are guaranteed during your first 90 days while you complete training

Your compensation combines a stable hourly wage with weekend premium pay and performance-based incentives that reward strong results.

What You'll Do

• Consultative Sales: Engage customers, ask the right questions, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solution.
• Product & Service Expertise: Learn our specialty solutions across batteries, automotive, key programming, lighting, device repair, and other technical categories.
• Customer & Business Opportunities: Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout while identifying opportunities to connect business customers with our Commercial Sales team.
• Store Responsibility: Support inventory, merchandising, daily store execution, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities while contributing to team sales goals.

This is primarily a customer-facing sales and service role. We provide structured training on the technical products, services, and systems needed to succeed.

Training & Development

During your first 90 days, you'll complete a structured paid training program covering our products, services, consultative sales approach, systems, and customer solutions.

Previous technical experience is not required. Once you establish a strong foundation, additional opportunities may be available to expand your technical skills and knowledge across other areas of the business.

What We're Looking For

• Customer Experience: At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, with confidence working directly with customers and solving problems.
• Professional & Reliable: Communicates well, builds trust, follows through, and takes pride in being dependable.
• Growth Mindset: Motivated to learn new products, services, and selling skills while being rewarded for strong performance.
• Team & Technical Aptitude: Works well with others, takes ownership of responsibilities, and has an interest in technology, automotive, electronics, or hands-on problem solving.

Experience in wireless, electronics, automotive, specialty retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment can be helpful, but is not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Full-time availability including weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
