Benefits and Compensation Range: Starting at $19/HR plus potention commission PTO $10,000 company-provided life insurance policy 401K contribution match after a year Health insurance Ongoing training This role requires: Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics Working on ladders and lifts (40ft and higher) Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn basic plumbing and electrical Verbal and written communication skills Maintaining licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment Operation of a handheld device for completion of service order Applicants must: Have a history of good job attendance Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday Have a good driving record Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality Be able to pass a background check and drug screen Provide references upon request A-1 Pest Control is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
