To learn more, visit www.pharmaron.com.What You'll DoJoin Pharmaron's Clinical Research team as a Specimen Processor and play an important role in supporting the accurate processing, documentation, and storage of clinical trial specimens. You'll work in a fast-paced research environment where precision, quality, and attention to detail are essential to ensuring samples are handled according to study protocols and laboratory requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a laboratory or phlebotomy professional looking to build or expand their experience in clinical research while gaining hands-on exposure to pharmacokinetic (PK) specimen processing and clinical trial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, process, centrifuge, aliquot, label, and store clinical research specimens according to study protocols and protocol-specific laboratory manuals.Accurately document each stage of PK specimen processing, including applicable centrifugation, processing, and storage times.Prepare and accurately label PK cryovials and other specimen containers prior to processing.Organize, track, and maintain PK specimens according to study-specific requirements.Verify specimen information and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and protocol compliance.Maintain appropriate specimen storage conditions and support specimen inventory activities.Follow study protocols, SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements, and applicable laboratory quality standards.Identify and communicate specimen discrepancies or processing issues to the appropriate team members.Maintain organized and clean specimen processing areas and ensure required supplies are readily available.Collaborate with clinical research, laboratory, and operational teams to support timely and accurate specimen processing.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in laboratory science, phlebotomy, medical assisting, or a related field preferred.1+ years of experience in a laboratory, specimen processing, phlebotomy, clinical research, or related healthcare environment.Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow study protocols, laboratory manuals, and SOPs.Strong organizational and documentation skills with a commitment to data and specimen accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical research team.Why Pharmaron?Pharmaron is a premier service provider for the life sciences industry.
