Come join our team! Mobius is seeking a Spectrum Management Specialist. This role focuses on advancing mission-critical initiatives through comprehensive spectrum lifecycle management—including system certification, frequency authorization, interference resolution, and global deployment coordination. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Duties of a Spectrum Management Specialist may include: 

• Provide direct operational and administrative support to the MDA SMO (CED) under the Specialty Engineering Director.
• Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for all MDA missions, ensuring absolute data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop, author, and submit System Certifications (DD1494) utilizing STEPSTONE and EL-CID programs.
• Develop, coordinate, and submit frequency authorization requests utilizing Spectrum XXI (SXXI) for developmental, fielded, and new systems.
• Develop, update, and maintain critical reports and databases to support operational and engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues between developmental and deployed systems.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
• Develop, update, compile, and submit Host Nation Coordination (HNC) packets and Site Surveys for globally deploying systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) theory and electromagnetic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Teams.
