Special Education Teacher – Early Intervention Program (Floater)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to serve as a floater within our Early Intervention program. This role supports multiple classrooms and provides instructional, behavioral, and developmental assistance where needed across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide instructional support across Early Intervention classrooms as assigned
Assist with implementing IEP goals and individualized learning plans
Support students with diverse needs, including developmental delays and behavioral challenges
Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and follow program procedures
Ensure a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
Communicate effectively with staff, administrators, and families as needed
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education (required)
PA teaching certification in Early Childhood Education and/or Special Education (required or eligible)
Required Credentials and Clearances
PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Clearance, and FBI Clearance (within one year)
Proof of qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education or related field, plus PA Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
Arrest/Conviction Report & Certification (ACT 24)
Letter of Assurance confirming ACT 168 Employment History Review completion
Proof of ACT 126 Child Abuse Recognition & Reporting Training
Tuberculosis Test (completed within the last 3 months)
