21st Century Preparatory School is seeking a passionate, student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time for the 2026-2027 school year. 21st Century Preparatory School is a tuition-free public charter school serving students in grades K-8 in Racine, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluations and assessments for students referred for services.
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans aligned to IEP goals.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students in individual and small-group settings.
- Collaborate with special education teachers, classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring data, and compliance records.
- Support staff in implementing communication strategies and accommodations within the classroom setting.
- Assist with Child Find activities and evaluation processes as needed.
- Promote positive relationships with students and families while contributing to a supportive school culture.
Qualifications
- Master''s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with school-age children preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
