Founded in 2001, Wings Learning Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can achieve personal growth and learn at their own pace. As a specialized school licensed by the California Department of Education, we serve students aged 5 to 22 with ASD and similar developmental learning differences. Our commitment includes ongoing staff development, training, and support to implement the most effective therapies and emerging technologies, ensuring our students' success.​

What you'll do

• Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team to provide educational and therapeutic programs for students aged 5-22 with ASD.​
• Assess and evaluate students' needs, developing individualized speech therapy plans. Plan and schedule individual and group therapy sessions.​
• Create customized Speech therapy materials tailored to each student's requirements.​
• Participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, developing goals and objectives, and providing appropriate Speech therapy recommendations.​

Qualifications

• Valid Speech and Langauge Pathology license in the state of California.​
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.​
• Previous experience as an Speech and Language Pathologist is preferred but not required
