National Therapy Center is seeking a licensed, experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our DC clinic.
You'll work with children and families from 10AM - 6PM, up to five days per week. This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and a consistent schedule while making a lasting impact through family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's communication needs

Regularly update plans of care based on clinical progress and client goals

Provide in-person, clinic-based speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients

Use evidence-based approaches to address articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, fluency, and feeding (if applicable)

Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries

Communicate with families regarding client progress and recommendations

Collaborate with other treating therapists to support coordinated, team-based care when needed
Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active DC SLP license (or eligibility)

Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
