Lake Washington School District is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist candidate.
This is a full-year Leave Replacement position for the 2026-2027 school year only. A hiring manager will contact you if selected for an interview.
From August 31, 2026 - September 19, 2026, this position will be for .4 FTE (meaning approximately 2 days per week).
Beginning September 20, 2026 - June 16, 2027, the position will increase to 1.0 FTE (meaning full-time/5 days per week).

Position Summary:
Provides speech and language services in the areas of student assessment, direct therapy, training and consultation for staff, parents, and equipment fabrication or adaptation to enable students to function to their highest possible level within the educational system. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the assessment and program evaluation for students.
Acts as a liaison with medical and community service providers on behalf of children and their families
Qualifications:
Washington State ESA certificate with Speech Language Pathology endorsement.
Salary:
Paid per teacher salary schedule with Base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days, and Responsibility. Additional Technology stipend and Professional Fund. See LWEA salary schedule posted on website. Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
