Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an SLP in our Early Intervention (EI) Department to provide therapy services in children's natural environments, community settings, and through telehealth. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Early Intervention (EI) guidelines, documentation standards, and funding requirements while delivering high-quality, family-focused services that empower caregivers and support children's developmental progress.

Schedule Options: This position offers a 40-hour work week with one of the following schedules:
Monday to Thursday (10-hour days)
Tuesday to Friday (10-hour days)
Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
Build meaningful relationships with children and families through a community-based model focused on developmental support and family-centered care
Serve families throughout a local service area, with regular visits in:
Aurora
Douglas County: Parker, Castle Rock, and Castle Pines
Manage a balanced caseload averaging 5 to 7 client visits per day, allowing time for quality care and collaboration
Work alongside a passionate team dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of young children and their families through early intervention services
What You'll Do
Join a collaborative early intervention team and provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 0 to 36 months, using a coaching approach that empowers caregivers to foster growth during everyday routines and activities
Be a part of a dynamic, collaborative early intervention team, partnering with families, service coordinators, and fellow therapists to develop and implement IFSPs while using a coaching model that promotes shared learning, professional growth, and positive outcomes for children
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, including session notes, assessment reports, billing, Medicaid requirements, and coordination with community partners

Early InterventionThis program serves families with children 0 – 3 years old. Our Early Intervention Service Coordinators partner with local school districts to perform initial evaluations and assess a child’s development allowing us to provide them and their families with the tools to help them reach their full potential. We also have a dedicated team of Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapists consisting of both in-house and independent contractors. |
Case ManagementCase Management is a collaborative processes of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy. Our Case Managers and Case Management Specialists take a person-centered approach in assisting those we serve and their families in living a more meaningful life. We strive to empower individuals to have control of their lives and make safe and informed choices. |
Community OutreachOur supportive Coordinators in the Community Outreach Department are dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of the individuals and families we serve by helping them to navigate a variety of resources, offering trainings on a variety of topics, holding resource fairs and connecting them with services through our Family Support Services Program. |
