  • Credential Authorizing Service as a CA Speech-Language Pathologist - Must have a valid California drivers license and automobile available for use The complete application packet must include all required attachments as follows:
  • Copy of Transcript
  • Credential Copy
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (A minimum of 3 letters required and must be physically signed and dated within 2 years of posting date.)
  • Resume
