What You'll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support students with a variety of communication needs

What We're Looking For
- A compassionate, student-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Creativity and adaptability in supporting diverse student needs
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
- Active Illinois SLP license (required)
- Active Illinois PEL for Speech Pathology (required)
