Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Willows, CA
Compensation: $45-$58/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center / Nursing Home

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized patient therapy plans
• Document progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills
