Join our client’s school community as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position begins on August 6, 2026, and continues through May 27, 2027, with a flexible schedule aligned to school hours.

    Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

    \n


    \n
    • \n
    • Assess students to identify speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
    • \n
    • Conduct screenings and utilize standardized tests to evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication.
    • \n
    • Create and implement individualized treatment plans such as IEPs or 504 plans tailored to each student's communication needs.
    • \n
    • Provide therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, voice issues, and social communication challenges.
    • \n
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and incorporate communication strategies into classroom activities.

    Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

    • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • \n
    • Experience working within a school setting is preferred.
    • \n
    • Ability to evaluate and address diverse communication challenges.
    • \n
    • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to student support.
    • \n
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including IDEA, and experience maintaining accurate documentation.
