Navra is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Algonquin, IL area. Position Details

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students with a variety of communication needs. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their individualized goals and thrive in the classroom.

Potential Opportunities Include:

• Elementary, Middle School, and High School caseloads
• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Direct therapy and consultative service models
• Evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• IEP development and participation in team meetings
• Diverse student populations and communication needs

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Support Personnel endorsement preferred or ability to obtain
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply for select opportunities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student growth and success
