Team members are encouraged to collaborate, grow professionally, and contribute to a supportive, family-focused atmosphere.\n Role Description This contract role for a Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Fellow (CF) is a hybrid position based in Cumming, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and treating clients with speech, language, and communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with families and caregivers, providing education and home-program recommendations, and coordinating with other professionals to support holistic care. The Speech Language Pathologist/CF will also participate in team meetings, maintain accurate records, and engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as applicable.\n Qualifications \n

Ability to provide evidence-based care in areas related to Speech Therapy and Speech.
\n
Skills in assessing and treating Dysphagia, with attention to safety and best practices.
\n
Competence in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across age groups.
\n
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; eligibility or current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLPs, and appropriate CF eligibility for Clinical Fellows.
\n
Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for Georgia.
\n
Strong interpersonal, counseling, and collaboration skills when working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
\n
Ability to maintain detailed documentation, manage caseloads efficiently, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
\n
Experience or interest in pediatric therapy and literacy-focused interventions is beneficial.
