ProCare Therapy is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year in San Jose, California.
Position Details:
Full-time position
35 hours per week
5 days per week
August 2026 – May 2027
One school site
TK–12th grade caseload
Onsite only
Work alongside a collaborative team consisting of two SLPs and two SLPAs
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities include providing direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, assisting with treatment implementation, maintaining documentation, collecting data on student progress, supporting IEP goals, and collaborating with staff and families to promote student success.
Compensation:
$40/hour
