Job Description
- Provides comprehensive audiology services, including hearing screenings, case management, staff training, and support for employee hearing conservation.
- Maintains and calibrates equipment, ensures accurate and confidential records, completes required reports and billing, and updates audiology procedures to meet program and contract requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct triennial, annual, and new-admission hearing screenings for individuals served by WDC.
- Provide in-service training to WDC staff on hearing health, safety, and related topics.
- Participate in and support the Employee Hearing Conservation Program in coordination with the Safety Office.
- Safeguard, maintain, calibrate, and assist with the procurement of audiology equipment.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date audiology records, Speech Department files, and client binders.
- Maintain and submit required statistical and monthly activity reports.
- Review and update audiology procedures annually, completing any required revisions by May 30 of each contract year.
- Provide case management for all individuals diagnosed with hearing loss, ranging from mild to profound.
- Submit detailed monthly billing/invoices in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications
- Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology and/or Audiology in the State of New Jersey.
Preferred: Proficient in American Sign Language preferred but not mandatory.
