Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist assesses, plans, organizes, develops, and implements pediatric speech language pathologist therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services. The Speech Language Pathologist will create individualized treatment plans according to the clients needs and circumstances. The Speech Language Pathologist will meet with clients on a regular basis to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications - Minimum Requirements

Education and/or years of experience required:

  • Masters degree from an ASHA accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language pathologist and ASHA certificate of clinical competence or CFY or eligibility or evidence of application for licensure is necessary
  • Have or be eligible for ASHA membership
  • Valid North Dakota Drivers License

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Three years of experience in pediatric speech language pathology or work with intellectually/developmentally disabled population
  • Knowledge of payment sources and systems related to SLP
  • Experience collaborating with ABA programming
  • One year of experience with assistive technology
  • Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable)

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
