Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP or SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking multiple full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services to public school students for the current school year.

Compensation: Up to $87,500 annually

Available Positions:

• 1 part-time bilingual Spanish SLP for elementary students
• 4 elementary SLP positions
• 1 part-time SLP for private and homeschool students, 2 full days per week
• 1 SLP to provide maternity leave coverage for the Spring semester

Position Details:

• Stable caseload with services provided during school hours
• Full-time SLPs preferred; part-time schedules are also available
  • Part-time schedules consist of 2–4 full days per week (8 hours/day)
• Public school experience preferred
• Pediatric experience required

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
• Providing push-in support in classrooms
• Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
