Required Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical or school settings
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of child development and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Proficiency in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Experience with teletherapy platforms
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or specialized therapy certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Prior experience with pediatric therapy or early intervention programs
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within designated service areas
- Current state licensure and nationally recognized certification (e.g., ASHA CCC-SLP)
- Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulations
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
