Required Skills:
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical or school settings
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of child development and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Proficiency in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or specialized therapy certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Prior experience with pediatric therapy or early intervention programs

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within designated service areas
  • Current state licensure and nationally recognized certification (e.g., ASHA CCC-SLP)
  • Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulations
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
