Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) to join our growing pediatric team in Dover, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates ready to begin their CF experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

As part of our multidisciplinary practice, you'll work with children from birth through adolescence in a fun, play-based setting designed to support communication, feeding, and social-emotional development.


What You'll Do

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic-based environment
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress across settings
• Document sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with clinic and insurance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Engage in creative, play-based therapy that keeps kids motivated and families involved


Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA CCC or pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children grow, connect, and thrive
