Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF) | 2026-2027 School Year

Phaxis Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join a supportive school district for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities serving elementary-aged students in a welcoming, collaborative educational environment. CFYs and new graduates are welcome to apply!

Position Details

• Location: Illinois
• School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 2, 2027
• Openings: 2
• Schedule Options:
  • Full-Time: 33.75 hours per week
  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Grade Levels: Pre-K through 5th Grade (primarily Pre-K through 2nd Grade)
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech and language services.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
