Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF) | 2026-2027 School Year
Phaxis Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join a supportive school district for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities serving elementary-aged students in a welcoming, collaborative educational environment. CFYs and new graduates are welcome to apply!
Position Details
- Location: Illinois
- School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 2, 2027
- Openings: 2
- Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: 33.75 hours per week
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Grade Levels: Pre-K through 5th Grade (primarily Pre-K through 2nd Grade)
- Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech and language services.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
