Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Chestertown, Maryland for the 2026 2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students' communication success while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists.

Responsibilities
" Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
" Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
" Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
" Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
" Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
" Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
" Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility discussions
" Support students with a variety of communication, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language needs
Qualifications
" Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
" Active Maryland SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
" ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
" Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
" Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
