Speech Language Pathologist

Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) – Chicago Ridge, IL
Full‑Time or Part‑Time • Remote or In‑Person • W2 Contract • Bilingual & Monolingual Candidates 

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Therapy — Provide speech‑language therapy to students across K–12.
• Indirect Services — Complete documentation, progress reports, and IEP updates.
• Evaluations — Conduct assessments and re‑evaluations using standardized tools.
• IEP Participation — Attend meetings, collaborate on goals, and maintain compliance.
• Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois PEL (must be in hand)
• Active Illinois SLP license
• School‑based experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual SLPs strongly encouraged (Spanish, Polish, Arabic, etc.)

Contract Details

• W2 employment for in person and 1099 employment for remote 
• Full‑time or part‑time schedules available
• Hourly rates based on experience, credentials, and bilingual skills
• Full school‑year commitment with potential for renewal
