Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide part-time, on-site services at the Clarkston, MI location. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders across age groups. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and communicating regularly with clients, families, and other professionals to support continuity of care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in planning therapy activities, ensuring services are evidence-based and aligned with each client’s goals, and adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech sound production concerns.
• \n
• Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders, including pragmatic and social communication needs.
• \n
• Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Language Disorders affecting receptive and expressive language.
• \n
• Candidates should possess experience in the assessment and treatment of Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
• \n
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• \n
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan.
• \n
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or candidacy in the process of obtaining it, preferred.
• \n
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in pediatric or outpatient clinical settings is beneficial.
