Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and families about speech and language disorders and strategies for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the field.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status or eligible to obtain licensure in California.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with diverse populations and a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Proficient in using technology for therapy and documentation purposes.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to professional growth.
