Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to families regarding speech and language development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ethical standards.
- Engage in community outreach and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status or eligible for CFY supervision.
- California state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping individuals improve their communication abilities.
- Experience with diverse populations and various speech disorders is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
