Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF / CFY)

Starting Salary: $59,000+ annually (based on placement and experience)

Starting your Clinical Fellowship Year and looking for a school-based role where you will actually feel supported? AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) throughout Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the region to place clinicians in thoughtful, supportive environments where they can grow their skills, feel confident, and build a strong foundation for their careers.

Caseload Details:

• The selected SLP will support K-5 
• The caseload consists of a variety of communication disorders. 
• The SLP will be responsible for therapy, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• For a “typical” caseload with no students in special programs, the caseload is 50-60 students (10-12 students per day).
• For special programs, the caseload is 30-35 students (6-7 students per day).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or pursuing Delaware State SLP licensure
• Passion for working in school-based settings
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to learning and mentorship
• Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
